Veritan exists because we have lived the problem. We managed a Trial Master File by hand and saw how badly the people running clinical trials were served by systems that could store documents but understood nothing about them. Every trial must maintain a TMF, yet around 80% are not inspection-ready, and that gap is measured in therapies reaching patients later than they should. We exist to close it, and to give the people advancing pharmaceutical research tools that finally understand the work they do. What we like most is the centralisation, bringing order to something that has always been fragmented. There is real satisfaction in putting everything in its place: one dashboard that shows the state of a whole trial at a glance, every document just one question or click away, and the regulatory picture always current. It also makes the documents themselves give something back, turning a static archive into a source of answers and insight teams can actually use, rather than a pile of files they simply have to maintain.
