MODULE 6: „FUNDING & INVESTOR RELATIONS – WHICH FUNDING IS RIGHT FOR MY STARTUP?“
Learn how to finance your startup and build strong, lasting relationships with investors.
In “Funding & Investor Relations,” you will learn how to navigate the different stages of startup financing and prepare your venture for successful fundraising. The focus is on understanding what investors look for, how to approach the right funding sources, and how to present your business convincingly.
You will explore the key elements of startup financing, including funding stages, valuation, term sheets, and equity and dilution. Through practical examples, you will gain a better understanding of how to structure funding discussions and prepare for negotiations with potential investors.
You will also discover why successful fundraising does not end when the investment is secured. You will learn how professional communication, transparent reporting, and a long-term partnership approach can help build trust and maintain strong relationships with investors.
This module will help you:
- Understand the key stages and principles of startup financing
- Prepare effectively for investor pitches, funding discussions, and negotiations
- Build professional investor relationships through clear communication and transparent reporting
The session will be held in English. Questions can be asked and answered in both German and English.
