ICT Scouts

As the name suggests, ICT Scouts/Campus comprises two aspects: In half-day computer science workshops, we track down our talents across the board directly in the 7th grades of elementary schools. These are then continuously funded for around three years at one of the ICT Campus locations in various areas of information and communication technology. Ultimately, they are actively networked with teaching companies and higher education institutions. ICT Scouts/ Campus is a fundamentally new way of finding and promoting IT talent. We are the only funding program in Switzerland with a systematic selection process and continuous support. By the way, around half of our talents are girls.
