Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fakultät Universität Basel

Around 30 professors and around 100 academic staff research and teach at our faculty. For this size, it cultivates an astonishingly wide range of scientific fields. At the same time, it is positioning itself in international competition primarily in the areas of “Money and Finance”, “Energy and Environment” and “Economic Policy” and is developing dynamically along the strategic priorities of the University of Basel. In addition, one of the faculty's main strengths lies in internationally competitive research in topics relevant to Switzerland.
