Hack Apertus is a nationwide open-source hackathon series centered on Apertus, the open Swiss Large Language Model. Developers, designers, researchers, and companies work together on innovative AI solutions for the public and private sectors. The initiative includes an online hackathon, local events in six Swiss cities, and a grand finale in 2027 – with the goal of developing transparent, trustworthy, and sovereign AI applications.
