Basel n8n Community Meetup – Workflows & Drinks

Hosted by: n8n & Dominik Vogt (n8n Ambassador)

Location: ManaBar Basel, Güterstrasse 99, 4053 Basel, Switzerland

Welcome!

Join us for the very first n8n Community Meetup in Basel, where you’ll experience…

Interactive Live Builds: From a quick warm-up icebreaker to our main game, where your smartphone answers, a small database, a duplicate filter and an AI come together live on the big screen.
Practical insights: See how visual workflows turn simple building blocks into automations for everyday tasks, and leave with ideas for your own projects.
Great people: Connect with automation enthusiasts, developers, and the simply curious from the Basel region.

Whether you’re completely new to automation or already running production pipelines, this evening is all about sharing, learning, and building together in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Agenda

17:30 – Doors open & drinks
18:00 – Welcome, chapter intro & “What is n8n?”
18:15 – Icebreaker Live Build: n8n Speed-Dating
18:30 – Main Live Build: “Humans vs. n8n”
19:30 – What’s next for n8n Basel? Let’s shape it together
20:00 – Open end with drinks, open exchange & board games
