Open Data Beer

Open data, the public provision of data, has also reached Switzerland. Various cities and cantons publish their data free of restrictions. Since 2015, there has even been a national open data portal. One of the decisive factors for the success of Open Data is the exchange between those who publish data and those who ultimately use it. In this way, mutual needs and requirements can be addressed and a common approach can be found. In order to promote this exchange and cooperation, the “Open Data Beer” was initiated at the end of 2017. This network event series is aimed at anyone interested in open data, whether from administration, companies or civil society. Everyone is cordially invited.
